Job Description:
BeastLife is inviting applications for the position of Legal Executive at its Gurugram office. This is an excellent opportunity for legal professionals with 1–3 years of experience who are passionate about corporate legal affairs, consumer litigation, contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property protection. The role offers exposure to the legal operations of one of India’s fastest-growing sports nutrition brands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling consumer complaints, legal notices, and litigation relating to the company’s products and services
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents
• Coordinating with external counsel and attending hearings before Consumer Commissions and other authorities, where required
• Managing trademark-related documentation and matters involving counterfeit products, look-alike brands, and brand infringement
• Reviewing product labels, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and website content for legal compliance
• Ensuring compliance with FSSAI, Consumer Protection, Legal Metrology, advertising, e-commerce, and other applicable laws
• Maintaining legal documentation, contract repositories, case records, and providing day-to-day legal support to cross-functional teams
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. (LL.M. will be an added advantage)
• 1–3 years of relevant legal experience
• Prior experience in the Food, Nutraceutical, FMCG, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, or E-commerce sectors is preferred
• Strong knowledge of legal drafting, contract management, consumer litigation, regulatory compliance, and Intellectual Property matters
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
