Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on corporate law matters and regulatory compliance
• Handling labour and employment law advisory and documentation
• Assisting in intellectual property law matters
• Managing litigation and non-litigation assignments
• Conducting legal research, drafting, and client advisory work
• Collaborating with the legal team on ongoing matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• Minimum 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Experience in Corporate Law, Labour & Employment Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Litigation/Non-Litigation matters
• Strong legal drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage legal assignments independently and work effectively within a team
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
