Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting lawyers with legal research on Intellectual Property matters
• Handling trademark-related work, including filings, renewals, and Legal Proceeding Certificates
• Drafting legal documents such as Replies to Examination Reports, Affidavits, and related filings
• Monitoring, organizing, and maintaining Intellectual Property records
• Assisting attorneys with document scanning, organization, and case management
• Providing legal and administrative support to the IPR team
• Coordinating with clients on various Intellectual Property matters
• Assisting Senior Paralegals and Advocates in day-to-day assignments
• Using MS Excel and other tools for documentation and record management
Eligibility & Preference:
• Strong interest in Intellectual Property Rights, particularly Trademark Law
• Basic understanding of trademark filings, renewals, and related procedures
• Good legal research, drafting, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and document management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional legal environment
