Wadhwa Law Chambers is inviting applications for the positions of IP Prosecution Associate and IP Litigation Associate. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with experience in intellectual property law who are looking to work on patent prosecution and IP litigation matters as part of the firm’s IP team led by Kapil Wadhwa.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling intellectual property prosecution and litigation matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and filing IP-related applications and legal documents
• Conducting legal research and advising on IP laws and procedures
• Representing and assisting clients in IP disputes and enforcement matters
• Collaborating with the IP team on advisory, prosecution, and litigation assignments
Eligibility & Preference:
• Minimum 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Experience in Intellectual Property prosecution or litigation
• Patent Agents will be preferred for the IP Prosecution Associate position
• Strong legal drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage assignments independently and work collaboratively within a team
