- Cheque Bouncing Cases (NI Act, Section 138)
- General Litigation & Advisory
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate across multiple practice areas
- Well-spoken, client-facing, and professionally presentable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-driven environment
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing commercial and corporate agreements
- Handling legal notices and advisory work
- Managing client coordination and on-ground legal support
- Assisting in litigation and dispute-related matters
- Working closely with startup clients as a legal partner
