Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates
- Experience in banking/NBFC/legal roles (preferred)
- Knowledge of property law, loan documentation, and recovery
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Nature of Work
- Handling legal aspects of home loans & LAP
- Managing property verification and due diligence
- Dealing with recovery, arbitration, and disputes
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Other Roles
Area Technical Manager – Property evaluation, valuation, and technical checks
Area Operations Manager – Loan processing, documentation, and operational workflows
