The Office of Mr. S.D. Sanjay, Advocate General, Bihar is inviting applications for the position of Associate. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in litigation matters handled by the Advocate General’s Office

• Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and other legal documents
• Support case preparation and court proceedings
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
• Experience practicing before the Patna High Court or the Supreme Court of India is preferred
• Candidates should be based in Patna
• Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
