Key Responsibilities:
• Handle loan settlement and debt settlement matters
• Negotiate financial resolutions with clients and financial institutions
• Manage client portfolios effectively
• Resolve disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms
• Achieve settlement targets efficiently without litigation or court appearances
Eligibility & Preference:
• Mandatory experience in Loan Settlement or Debt Settlement
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle client interactions professionally
• Target-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Interest in ADR and financial dispute resolution
