2. Interest in litigation/IPR/corporate work
3. Good research and drafting skills

Nature of Work / Responsibilities

• Legal research and case analysis
• Drafting pleadings and legal documents
• Court assistance and filings
• Client coordination
• Supporting litigation, corporate, and IPR matters
