1. Present 2nd petition has been filed under Section 483 of
Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the
petitioner in case bearing FIR No.34 dated 6.2.2025, registered for the
offences punishable under Section 15(c)/27-A of the Narcotic Drugs and
Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’) at Police
Station City Mandi Dabwali, District Dabwali.
2. The gravamen of the allegations against the petitioner is that he
is an accused of being involved in an FIR pertaining to NDPS Act
involving 190 Kg. 200 grams of doda post allegedly recovered from the
house of the petitioner on 6.2.2025, and the petitioner was arrested from
the spot alongwith co-accused Gurcharan Singh.
