Heard the parties.
2. Present petition preferred by appellant-convict for
suspension of a sentence and release him on bail under Section
389(1) of the Cr.P.C.
3. In present appeal which was preferred under
Section 374(2) of the Cr.P.C. against judgment of conviction
dated 15.02.2022 and order of sentence dated 21.02.2022 passed
by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Siwan in Sessions
Trial No. 284/2017 and 445/2018 (arising out of Pachrukhi P.S.
Case No. 177/2016), whereby sole appellant was convicted and
sentenced to undergo for life imprisonment for the offence
Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.249 of 2022(11) dt.17-07-2026
punishable under Section 302 of the IPC along with fine of
Rs.25,000/-, undergo imprisonment for 3 years along with fine
of Rs.5,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of
the IPC and 1 year imprisonment under Section 342 of the IPC.
All aforesaid sentences ordered to run concurrently.
