(LoT PRD) because it was declared
the L-1 (Lowest bidder) in that tender vide
tender ID no. 89096, but all of a sudden on
02.12.2025, tender of petitioner got cancelled
through an e-mail without giving a proper letter
and without giving reason for cancellation of
that tender and the above mentioned re-tender
NIT no.04/2025-26 (LoT/PRD) got Published by
Public Health Engineering Division
Aurangabad, Public Health Engineering
Department, Government of Bihar.
