3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia
with the following prayer:-
“Under the above circumstances, it is therefore humbly
prayed that the Hon’ble Court be graciously pleased to
quash the order dtd: 09.06.2022 under Annexure-4
and direct the Opposite Parties to regularize the service
of the petitioner from 05.02.1994 instead of
21.05.2016 and to grant him all consequential service
and financial benefits including the benefit of pension
under the OCS (Pension) Rules, 1992 within a
stipulated period as deem fit and proper;
