1. The application under Section 482 CrPC no. 27600 of 2013 has been filed by the accused/applicant Dharmveer @ Ishver Singh for the following relief :-

2. The application under Section 528 BNSS no. 25835 of 2025 has been filed by the accused/applicant Ishver Singh @ Dharmveer for the following relief :-
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the entire proceedings of the case No. 7682/9 of 2025(State vs. Ishver Singh @ Dharmveer ) under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC police Station Titavi, District Muzaffarnagar at present pending in the Court of Ld. Civil Judge(Junior Division) Court No. 7, Muzaffarnagar, including the chargesheet dated 25.5.2024 as well as cognizance order dated 6.3.2025 and other process issued against the applicant arising out of Case crime No. 0292 of 2012, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC police Station Titavi, District Muzaffarnagar.
