The Office of Advocate Vishrut Jain is inviting applications for Legal Interns to assist in matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). The internship is ideal for students interested in insolvency law and litigation.
About the Internship
The internship provides practical exposure to legal research, drafting, and case preparation in IBC matters while working closely with the legal team. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good command of English (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
• Support the legal team in preparing for court hearings and client meetings.
• Maintain and organise legal files and documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients and external parties.
• Assist with ad-hoc legal tasks and projects as required.
