About the Internship
The office of Advocate-on-Record Mr. Ritwik Parikh is inviting applications for its Legal Internship Programme for motivated law students seeking practical exposure in litigation, legal research, and drafting-related work.
This internship is designed to provide aspiring legal professionals with hands-on experience in real legal assignments, drafting, court-related work, and analytical research while working closely with ongoing litigation matters before District Courts, High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, and various Tribunals.
EligibilityÂ
- Students pursuing a 5-year integrated law programme must be in their 4th or 5th year
- Students pursuing a 3-year LL.B. programme must be in their 2nd or 3rd year
- LL.M. students and candidates with prior internship/research experience may also apply
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills preferred
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work within timelines
Areas of Exposure
- Real exposure to litigation and courtroom proceedings
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Drafting of legal documents, notices, pleadings, and briefs
- Case management and preparation of daily case notes
- Court-related assistance and litigation support
- Matters before District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, and other Tribunals
