About the Internship :
RCA Legal, a Jaipur-based law firm specializing in GST-related Litigation, Taxation, Compliance, and allied legal matters, is inviting applications for a Legal Internship for the period of September to November 2026. The internship will provide students with practical exposure to both Compliance and Litigation functions in a professional legal environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Strong interest in Corporate Law
(v) Strong research and writing skills.
Responsibilities:
(i) Lead research and analysis on GST, Indirect Tax, and Customs matters
(ii) Draft opinions, submissions, and litigation documents independently
(iii) Interpret case laws and regulatory developments
(iv) Mentor junior team members and support business development initiatives
Duration : Minimum 3 Month
