ProActive Legal is inviting applications from dedicated, enthusiastic, and career-oriented law students for a Legal Internship at its office located opposite the High Court, Lucknow. The internship provides practical exposure to litigation, legal research, drafting, and courtroom practice.
About the Internship
The internship is designed for law students who aspire to develop practical legal and advocacy skills while working alongside experienced legal professionals in a litigation-focused environment.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Keen interest in litigation and courtroom practice.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws and judicial precedents.
• Prepare case briefs and research notes.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Compile records, briefs, and case materials.
• Assist in ongoing matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
• Undertake additional legal assignments entrusted by the firm.
