About OutofCourt.in
Outofcourt.in works towards increasing awareness and understanding of mediation and ADR in India, and building engagement with dispute resolution beyond traditional litigation.
About the Internship
Outofcourt.in invites applications for its 4-week Mediation Internship for law students interested in understanding how dispute resolution is evolving in India.
This is a guided, self-driven internship.
It is not lecture-based – interns learn through research, observation, and active engagement with mediation as it functions in practice.
The program is mentored by Meena P. Waghray and the Outofcourt.in team of Mediators.
How the Internship Works
Interns take ownership of their learning by:
- Researching mediation and ADR concepts
- Studying legal frameworks, case laws, and real scenarios
- Observing how mediation connects with courts and dispute resolution systems
- Reflecting on their learning through structured outputs
Guidance and feedback are provided—but engagement is driven by the intern.
