About the Internship
The Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Vikram Nath, Supreme Court of India, is accepting applications for internships on a rolling basis for the following periods:
- 12th July 2026 to 31st August 2026
- 1st September 2026 to 30th September 2026
- 1st October 2026 to 6th November 2026
- 16th November 2026 to 18th December 2026
These are the only available options as per the Supreme Court’s calendar and the certificates shall reflect the same period. Applicants are advised to apply only if they are available throughout the respective durations.
Eligibility
- Students in their final year
- 5th year of a 5 year BA/BBA/BSc.LL.B program (or its equivalent)
- 3rd year of a 3 year LL.B program
- Recent law graduates
Duration
- 12th July 2026 to 31st August 2026
- 1st September 2026 to 30th September 2026
- 1st October 2026 to 6th November 2026
- 16th November 2026 to 18th December 2026

The internship application must be submitted before the 15th of every month.

Due to the large number of applications, the office is unable to inform each applicant individually about the status of their application. If applicants do not hear from the office by the 20th of the month preceding the one they are applying for, they may assume that their application has not been successful.
