Eligibility
Students enrolled in 5 year LLB course (IInd Year onwards)., 3-year LL.B., or LL.M.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured and rigorous legal research in the domain of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), with a focus on emerging developments, legislative trends, and institutional frameworks.
- Contribute substantively to NIDAN’s flagship publication — the ADR Landscape Report 2026: Emerging Developments in Alternative Dispute Resolution, a comprehensive study charting the evolving ADR ecosystem in India and beyond.
- Analyse judicial precedents, policy documents, and comparative legal frameworks relevant to ADR to support the Centre’s research objectives.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and refining research findings to meet the Centre’s publication standards.
