About the Internship
Are you a law student eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate law? Lawssistance is looking for motivated interns to join our Corporate Practice team for the month of *May & June 2026* ! This is a fantastic chance to hone your skills in a professional law firm setting and build a strong foundation in the corporate sector.
Internship Details
- Type: Offline Internship
- Responsibilities: Legal Research, Content Writing, and assisting in drafting Agreements and Memos
- Stipend: Paid
- Certificate: Provided upon completion
Eligibility
- Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and interest in Corporate Law
- Proficiency in MS Word, along with strong communication and discipline
