About the Organisation
Law CPM is an independent practice of Adv. Prashant Mishra, an advocate with more than two decades of experience in litigation and arbitration. Prior to setting up his own practice in 2023, he was a Partner at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices in the litigation and arbitration practice group.
Requirements
- Prior substantive internship experience (court/chamber/law firm);
- Sound understanding of basic legal concepts and ability to apply them;
- Willingness to take responsibility, follow instructions carefully, and work rigorously; and
- Serious intent to learn and contribute (not a passive internship).
Month of joining
April 2026
Work Profile & Responsibilities includes
- Legal research and drafting;
- Assistance in ongoing matters;
- Case management, filling and coordination; and
- Working closely on matters requiring attention to granular details.
Stipend
No fixed bar. A stipend will be offered based on the intern’s contribution and quality of work..
Selection process
CV shortlisting, followed by Interview Round.
