    3. This writ petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:-

    “It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble court may graciously be pleased to;

    A. Set aside the order dated 18.06.2025 passed by Session Judge, Sambhal in Crl. Revision No. 6 of 2021 (Dharmapal and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) by which dismissed the revision of the revisionists and affirming the summoning order dated 04.12.2020 passed by Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)/J.M. Sambhal at Chandausi in Complaint Case No. 215 of 2019 (Pitambar Vs. Dharmpal and others) U/s 307, 323, 506 I.P.C. Police Station Chandausi, District Sambhal. (Annexure No. 1 to the petition) and also direct the concerned authority to take legal action against the respondent no. 2.

    B. Call for the records, examine the same for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the correctness, legality and propriety of the case.

    C. Pass any other suitable order or direction which this Hon’ble court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.

    D. Award cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner.”

    4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn as he intends to file a better petition since the prayer in the present writ petition is having errors. Prayer is allowed.

    5. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

    6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
