KD & Alliance is inviting applications for the position of Research Intern for its July–August 2026 Internship Cycle. The internship offers practical exposure to legal and academic research, case law analysis, and legal documentation.
About the Internship
The internship is designed for law students interested in developing strong legal research and drafting skills while working on academic and legal research assignments.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good research and drafting skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred.
• Good communication and drafting skills.
• Basic knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations.
• Assist in writ drafting and legal applications.
• Support RTI drafting and procedural work.
• Conduct legal research on statutory and regulatory matters.
• Assist in drafting commercial applications.
• Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required.
