About the Internship :
Applications are invited for Internship Opportunity at Hiking IT, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh for the year 2026.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
Responsibilities:
(i) Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate documentation relating to lending and financing transactions.
(iii) Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
(iv) Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including business and credit teams.
(v) Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, service agreements, and other business contracts & Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Duration : Minimum 2 Months
