About the Internship
Hey EV is inviting applications for the role of Legal Intern (Investment), offering hands-on exposure to investment and corporate legal work.
Eligibility
- Law student or graduate (LL.B./LL.M.)
- Strong understanding of legal terminology
- Good analytical and research skills
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Review and summarise investment documents (agreements, term sheets, fund papers)
- Identify key clauses, risks, and legal implications
- Assist in legal research and documentation
- Support day-to-day legal activities
