Garg & Associates is a litigation-focused law firm based in New Delhi, primarily handling matters before the Delhi High Court, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and various District Courts in Delhi.
The office provides interns with practical exposure to active litigation work and day-to-day court functioning, making it a suitable opportunity for students seeking hands-on experience in legal practice.

Eligibility
Law students from all academic years are eligible to apply. Applicants should possess good drafting and formatting skills, particularly proficiency in MS Word. Candidates must also have their own working device, such as a laptop or tablet.
Responsibilities
Selected interns will be expected to assist the office in a variety of litigation-related tasks, including:
- Court appearances and exposure to court proceedings
- Assisting counsels in ongoing matters
- Maintaining and organizing case files
- Judgment summarization and legal research
- File summarization and document management
- General litigation assistance and office work
The internship is intended to provide practical exposure to litigation practice and court procedure in Delhi.
Working Hours
10:00 AM to 6:45 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Duration of Internship
The internship shall initially be for a minimum period of one month. Depending upon the requirements of the office, work performance, and mutual convenience, the internship may be extended further. Any extension shall remain subject to the discretion and needs of the firm.
Stipend
No stipend shall be provided.
