About the Internship
This is a paid assessment internship offering hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, case preparation, and litigation support under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Eligibility Criteria
• Fifth-year students of the 5-year LL.B. programme.
• Good research and drafting skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Strong legal research, drafting, advocacy, and case management skills.
• Strong analytical and legal reasoning abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle assigned responsibilities with professionalism.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, rules, and judgments.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare analytical notes.
• Assist in due diligence for property, company, banking, and corporate matters.
• Attend court hearings, client meetings, and conferences with senior advocates.
• Assist in drafting contracts, lease deeds, partnership deeds, and other legal documents.
• Assist in file management, documentation, and case preparation for arbitration matters.
