The Chambers of Adv. Harshit Gupta is inviting applications for a Legal Internship at its Defence Colony, New Delhi office for the August–September internship cycle. The internship offers practical exposure to litigation, court proceedings, legal drafting, and case management.
About the Opportunity
Selected interns will gain hands-on experience in court proceedings, drafting pleadings and applications, legal research, case analysis, and court filings while assisting seniors on ongoing matters.
Eligibility Criteria
• Law students in the 3rd year or above and recent law graduates may apply.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Candidates with good legal research and drafting abilities will be preferred.
• Genuine interest in litigation and court practice.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis.
• Brief and assist seniors during hearings and trials.
• Manage case files, documentation, and court filings.
• Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates.
