About the Internship
Brick & Bolt is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern for a 3-month internship with immediate joining. This opportunity offers practical exposure to corporate legal and compliance work while working closely with the company’s legal team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year law program
- Students in the 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program
- Strong interest in corporate legal and compliance work
- Good research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Assisting in corporate legal research and drafting assignments
- Supporting compliance-related documentation and review work
- Assisting in contract review and legal documentation
- Supporting the legal team in corporate and regulatory matters
- Preparing legal notes and assisting in documentation work
