About the Internship
This internship offers practical exposure to litigation, legal research, drafting, court proceedings, and arbitration matters in a professional litigation environment.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good research and drafting skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Strong legal research, drafting, advocacy, and case management skills.
• Strong analytical and legal reasoning abilities.
• Ability to independently appear before courts and handle legal matters with confidence.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, rules, and judgments.
• Assist in due diligence for property, company, banking, and corporate matters.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare analytical notes.
• Attend court hearings, client meetings, and conferences with senior advocates.
• Attend proceedings before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, and District Courts.
• Assist in drafting contracts, lease deeds, partnership deeds, and other agreements.
• Assist in file management, documentation, and case preparation for arbitration matters.
