They are a litigation practice primarily engaged in Military and Service Law, regularly appearing before the Armed Forces Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal, Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and District Courts. Our practice includes service disputes, pension matters, disciplinary proceedings, and matrimonial litigation.
Eligibility
- Final Year Law Students or recent Law Graduates.
- Genuine interest in litigation.
- Good legal research and drafting skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and drafting of writ petitions, original applications, replies, rejoinders, legal notices, and other pleadings.
- Attend court proceedings and assist in live matters.
- Work on cases involving Service Law, Armed Forces Acts, Pension Regulations, CCS (CCA) Rules, and allied legislation.
- Develop practical understanding of litigation strategy, court procedure, case preparation, and file management.
