About the Internship :
Applications are invited for legal internship positions under Adv. Satyajeet Ganguli for final-year law students. This internship offers practical exposure to drafting, court appearances, and real-time legal work.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Basic knowledge of drafting Miscellaneous Applications
(iii) Familiarity with drafting Writ Petitions, Civil Recovery Suits, etc.
(iv) Good communication and drafting abilities
(v) Strong analytical and legal research skills
(vi) Willingness to appear in court at least once a week
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
Duration : Minimum 1 months
