Main Tasks
There are a variety of tasks that interns or legal trainees may be assigned, each contributing significantly to the development of practical legal skills. These tasks often include drafting legal documents such as RTI and drafting a plaint.
In addition to routine assignments, urgent tasks are often assigned, such as finding relevant and recent case laws pertaining to ongoing matters. These urgent research tasks are of high importance, as they directly influence the outcome of legal arguments and court proceedings.
Such assignments demand quick thinking, legal reasoning, and efficiency, and I consider them particularly valuable for my growth as a legal professional.
Work Environment
The work environment was highly positive and conducive to learning. The team was extremely cooperative and supportive, always willing to guide and assist whenever needed.
The supervising Sir maintained a calm and composed demeanour, which created a comfortable space for open communication and learning. This encouraging atmosphere significantly enhanced my overall internship experience.
Good Things about the Internship
The team was highly cooperative and approachable, creating a positive and professional atmosphere conducive to learning and exposure to formal communication, deadlines, and collaborative assignments, which helped build professionalism and workplace discipline.
Interns were frequently assigned urgent research tasks, like finding relevant case laws, which enhanced legal reasoning and research skills under real-time pressure.
Bad Things about the Internship
While the internship focused on legal drafting and research, opportunities to observe virtual hearings or court-related processes could have added practical value.

In Patna, local transportation is easily accessible, with options such as autos, Rapido, and Uber readily available for daily commuting. Additionally, accommodation is convenient and affordable, making it easier for interns or professionals to settle in without much hassle.
