About the Internship
Excited to share that we at JioSaavn are looking to hire a Legal Intern to support our Legal & Business Affairs team in handling a wide range of legal, regulatory and contractual matters related to digital media, technology and content licensing. This opportunity offers hands on exposure to media and entertainment law, data privacy compliance and intermediary regulations in a fast-paced digital business environment.
During your Internship you’ll:
- Legal Research: on issues relating to technoloay law, intermediary liability, intellectual property, media regulations, and data privacy laws).
- Drafting Documents: Assist in reviewing, drafting and summarising agreements, including various agreements, MOUs, NDAs etc.
- Case Management: Support in maintaining contract repositories, trackers and documentation for ongoing legal matters.
- Compliance: Support the legal team in compliance related work, including monitoring developments under the Information Technology Act, Intermediary Guidelines and other applicable regulations. Assist in preparing legal notes, internal advisories and summaries.
- Litigation: Assist with responses to legal notices, regulatory queries and internal escalations as necessary. vi. General Support: Provide support in coordinating with internal stakeholders and assisting the legal team with day-to-day legal operations.
