1. This matter has been taken up today as 14th April, 2026 was declared
as a holiday on account of birthday of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar.
2. The present petition is filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short „the Act‟) seeking ex-parte ad interim
measures.
3. The brief facts are that the petitioner is a company incorporated under
the Companies Act, 1956 and engaged in providing technology solutions for
the telecom sector and the respondent is a Government of India enterprise
providing telecommunications services. The parties to the lis entered into a
contract pursuant to the Customer On boarding System ( for short „COS‟)
tender dated 01.11.2023 and work order dated 18.07.2024 issued in favour
of the petitioner for deployment of the COS system. The petitioner
