    2. Considering the facts and circumstances, the disputes raised and as agreed
    to by the learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is disposed of at
    the motion stage. This Court is also informed that similar matters had come up
    for consideration before this Court and 2 orders passed by this Court have also
    been enclosed in the petition. The grievance in brief raised by these 86 numbers
    of petitioners is the deletion of their names from the Electoral Rolls. It is

    contended by Shri Bhuyan, the learned Senior Counsel that the procedure
    prescribed before such deletion has not been followed.
