In such view of the matter,
we are inclined to set aside
impugned order. Accordingly, the
impugned order is set aside and
the appellant is granted bail on
SLP (CRL) NO.8767/2026 2/3
terms and conditions to the
satisfaction of the concerned
Trial Court. We make it clear that
the appellant shall cooperate with
the investigation.
The appeal stands allowed,
accordingly.
