2. By this petition, the petitioners i.e., the petitioner No.
1 (accused), the petitioner No. 2 (Complainant) and the
petitioner No. 3 (prosecutrix) seek quashing of the
proceeding initiated at the behest of the petitioner No. 2 with
the Mawkyrwat Women Police Station being Mawkyrwat
Women P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024 and consequently, the
proceeding pending before the learned Special Judge
(POCSO), South West Khasi Hills, Mawkyrwat being Special
(POCSO) Case No. 08/2025.
