Volue, a portfolio company of private equity firm Advent International, is pursuing a growth strategy aimed at strengthening its global software and solutions portfolio in the energy market. The company focuses on acquisitions to expand its position in the market and utility software sector, support the digital transformation of energy companies, and offer customers innovative solutions across the entire value chain.
Hogan Lovells, together with Swiss partner law firm Walder Wyss, provided comprehensive legal advice to long-standing client Volue throughout the entire transaction process. The team regularly advises Volue on strategic corporate acquisitions, most recently on the acquisition of the British software and infrastructure company Quorum and the Austrian technology provider HAKOM.
