Associate (2–3 Years PQE)
• Experience in litigation before NCLT and High Court preferred
• Strong drafting skills for pleadings and applications
• Experience in filing matters before NCLT and High Court
• Ability to brief counsels and appear independently in matters
• Candidates with a mix of corporate and litigation experience are also encouraged to apply
Junior Associate (0–1 Year PQE)
• Advocates with early-stage litigation experience looking to build their practice
This role offers exposure to corporate disputes, tribunal practice, and High Court litigation.
