About the Opportunity:
FirstCry is inviting applications for the position of Legal Trainee – Enterprise Compliance to join its in-house Legal & Compliance Team for a 6-month traineeship.
This opportunity is ideal for final-year LL.B. students and recent law graduates interested in developing practical experience in legal compliance, regulatory research, legal operations, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage compliance management tools and trackers.
• Support enterprise-wide compliance programmes.
• Assist stakeholders in understanding and fulfilling their compliance obligations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of compliance requirements.
• Assist with legal operations, contract administration, and documentation.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research.
• Support compliance reporting and maintenance of statutory records.

Eligibility:
• Final-year LL.B. students or recent law graduates, preferably from a Pune-based university.

• Prior exposure to compliance management tools will be an advantage.
• Strong legal research and communication skills.
• Good stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
