    About the Role
    The role offers hands-on exposure to litigation and recovery-focused practice, with work spanning banking disputes, cheque bounce matters, arbitration, and SARFAESI proceedings. The selected candidate will be actively involved in court appearances, drafting, and case handling.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Represent matters before courts and tribunals
    • Draft pleadings, applications, and legal documents
    • Handle matters relating to cheque bounce (Section 138 NI Act), arbitration, and banking laws
    • Assist in SARFAESI and NPA-related proceedings
    • Coordinate field work, client interaction, and case follow-ups

    Eligibility & Skills
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Proficiency in computer applications and legal drafting
    • Working knowledge or exposure to:
    – Section 138, Negotiable Instruments Act
    – Arbitration
    – Banking Laws
    – NPA/NEC Compliance
    – SARFAESI matters
    • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership
    • Must own a vehicle for field work and court appearances
