Eligibility:
• Prior experience in legal practice.
• Experience in Criminal Law, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and Matrimonial Matters.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and litigation skills.
• Only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
• Draft pleadings, applications, notices, and other legal documents.
• Assist in litigation matters across Criminal Law, IPR, and Matrimonial Law.
• Represent and support clients in court proceedings.
