Key Responsibilities
• Advise on employment laws and workplace compliance
• Draft and review employment contracts, HR policies, and internal frameworks
• Provide regulatory guidance to corporate clients
• Assist in employee relations and compliance matters
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
Ideal Candidate
• 1–3 years PQE with Tier 1 law firm experience
• Strong exposure to employment law advisory work
• Experience in HR policies, contracts, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage client interactions effectively
