Key Responsibilities:
• Handling TP (MACT) claims on behalf of a General Insurance Company
• Assisting with legal coordination and claims-related litigation work
• Supporting legal documentation and procedural compliance
• Coordinating on insurance dispute-related matters
• Assisting with claim analysis and case handling processes
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree required
• Prior experience in handling TP (MACT) claims for a General Insurance Company preferred
• Strong command over Gujarati and English (spoken and written) mandatory
• Good analytical and comprehension skills required
• Proficiency in MS Office preferred
• Candidates capable of handling claims-related legal processes efficiently will be preferred
