LKS is hiring a Senior Associate – Direct Tax for its Mumbai office. This role focuses on corporate and international tax, including transfer pricing, litigation, and advisory.

• Role: Senior Associate – Direct Tax
• Location: Mumbai
• Experience: 2–4 Years PQE
Eligibility & Qualifications:
• CA or LL.B. from a reputed institution
• Strong academic record
• Experience in corporate tax and international tax
• Working knowledge of transfer pricing
Key Responsibilities:
• Client interaction and expectation management
• Providing end-to-end tax advisory and compliance solutions
• Representation in assessments and appeals before CIT/ITAT
• Handling domestic and international tax matters
• Conducting tax research and applying positions to client scenarios
• Managing compliance processes and identifying risk exposure
• Delivering high-quality, timely work products
