Job Description:
NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications for the position of Legal Consultant for an immediate 3-month on-site secondment with one of its premier clients in Andheri East, Mumbai. This opportunity is ideal for corporate commercial lawyers with experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.

• Position: Legal Consultant (3-Month Secondment)

• Duration: Minimum 3 Months
• Experience: 3–5 Years PQE
• Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Handle Supply Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Contract Manufacturing Agreements, NDAs, and CDAs.
• Collaborate directly with the internal legal team and leadership.
• Independently manage commercial contract matters after the onboarding period.
• Provide legal support on business and commercial transactions (No litigation work).
Eligibility:
• 3–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and contract management.
• Candidates currently based in Mumbai will be preferred.
• Proactive, independent, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
