Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting and negotiating high-value contracts
• Advising on transactions and conducting due diligence
• Evaluating risks and structuring agreements
• Supporting strategic legal decision-making in domestic and cross-border matters
• Drafting notices and assisting litigation processes with counsel
Eligibility & Preference:
• 2–5 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong drafting fundamentals
• Ability to analyse legal and commercial risks clearly
• Detail-oriented with precise communication
• Comfortable handling ownership in fast-paced environments
